Electrical Wiring System
Newly-designed 120v electrical distribution system allows extensive flexibility throughout the interior. System can be installed on the upper frame bars as traditionally used or the lower bar system and on the vertical leg bars.
Shelter Tie-Down Straps
New designed high-wind anchoring straps are 1200lb rated locking ratchet straps with secondary roof strap manufactured with heavy-duty locking slide buckle and 500lb rated locking clip.
Shelter Floor System
Newly-designed door notch area creates quick alignment and deflects all potential water intrusion.
Removable Doors
Doors are newly-designed with heavy duty spring latches and easily close and open-door latch assembly and corrosion resistant plated latches and all stainless hinges.
Shelter Vinyl Walls
Increased Velcro connection dimensions to eliminate the need for extension strips as material shrinks throughout time. 3” and 4” wide Velcro used versus common 2”.
Frame and Wall Transportation Bags
All vinyl bags are designed with heavy-duty locking slide buckle straps to easily secure contents along with reducing damage and securing issues.
Shelter Vinyl Walls/Windows
Fully removable clear vinyl window panel and screen panel for ease of replacement when damage occurs. Most competitors have these panels permanently attached to the walls and require full wall replacement creating much higher parts replacement cost.
Lighting
Fully integrated frame LED lighting system. The lighting system remains semi permanently stored in the upper frame flange assembly and easily deploys without the need to hang additional lights. Frame protects the lighting system during transport and easily deploys during frame set-up.
Frame System Vertical Leg Bars
Frame system vertical leg bars: Aluminum upper leg bar has been double wall reinforced to eliminate the potential failure points at this key area.
Door Ramps
Newly-designed door ramps manufactured with 1/8" gauge aluminum then powder-coated with nonslip textured safety yellow color and sized with a full 10" Step on both sides of threshold reducing the approach angle, allowing a very smooth and seamless transition through the doorway.
Shelter Vinyl Roof Rings and Cap
Improved design with plastic injected roof rings to eliminate damage commonly seen with aluminum or metal rings. Plastic injected roof cap completely sealed versus old style vented type. Roof cap designed with full pull through pin to eliminate any potential detachment during.

Insulation System
Newly-designed insulation kits for both BASE-12 and BASE-8 Shelter Systems were engineered with Isotherm FR material offering very high thermo-barrier resistance while offering an estimated 40% less in packaging weight and 50% less in cubic space without losing any insulation properties. Newly-designed 1-piece HVAC access panel with a Velcro roll-up design, no strings and panels are permanently attached to eliminate the potential loss of typical removal panel design types.
